MOAR TV

Permalink by Phoenix Email, Wednesday 8 February 2012 à 20:54, Categories: Life

I like to watch documentaries and tv shows while I work on homework, or sew, knit, etc.  Great documentaries are getting harder and harder to find (not really interested in pretty much anything by National Geographic or Discovery, due to the drama and dumbed-down-ness).  TV shows, on the other hand, are easier. Just no laugh tracks.

I currently rotate though Parks and Recreation, 30 Rock, Arrested Development, Raising Hope, Suburgatory, House, and Breaking Bad. Any recommendations?

spinpsychleThere's a lot of good stuff on Netflix, which I don't think you have. Megan and I stream it through her Wii, which works better than I thought it would.

KatrinaYours is a good list. I also keep up with Bones and How I Met Your Mother. Plus my favorite BBC shows: Doctor Who, Downton Abbey (seems to be a popular one these days), and Sherlock.

PhoenixKatrina - I'll check out a couple of those shows you mentioned.

Kyle - I have watched (and even enjoyed!) the UK Top Gear, though not enough to put it in regular rotation. ;) The US version of that show is terrible.
