The other day, I was not having a happy period, (more like this, to be honest) and decided I needed something even fluffier, softer, and even more ridiculously soft to snuggle up in as I lazed about.
A while back, I had purchased a yard or so of some super-soft, minky fabric that I got on clearance for $2. That's the stuff that baby blankets are made from - and who doesn't want to wrap themselves up in such softness? I decided to put it to good use.
I could have just made a small blanket, but that wouldn't have been any fun. I decided to use my wide-leg yoga pants pattern again. This is the third time I've used that pattern, and I don't think I've done it right yet (the pattern instructions are a little vague and strange at the most crucial part), but hey, they're pants, at least.
And they are very, very soft and comfortable.
