This really is a genuinely neat product that I've been using for over 3 months. it has helped me drop 3 pant sizes and my appearance is considerably better. I've found that affected my tummy initial, then I could see the difference in my face, and finally my thighs ugh! I still have a ways to go but I have not had any problems with this particular produt and feel very safe with it. My initial week with the solution, I didnt see significantly difference but noticed that I wasnt gaining body weight anymore. Then I realized that I had to do more than just the capsule. I started feeding on better and less frequently, which I have attempted before but this time, with the item, my fat has actually been steadily dropping. I think some persons think that a capsule alone will do it but I dont think that is possible if you are using a safe product or service at least.
